Can I have a sample order?

1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company? 

A: We are a manufacturer with a professional GMP certified factory and a trading company with an export license. 

2. Q: Can I have a sample order?

A: Yes, free samples are available upon email (sales@chinayanhan.com). However, the delivery fee shall be on the requester.

3. Q: Do you have authorization/IP for these designs?

A: For some products, we have IP. Email us if you are interested in any particular products.

As a big OEM factory we do produce a large quantity for movie/game/anime studios who own the IP. In this case, we honor their IP and will not produce without their authorization. However, with our professional team of designers, we can do ODM to your satisfaction.

4. Q: Can you do design for us? 

A:  OEM and ODM is available service. We have a professional team that can design products and make exquisite packaging according to your requirements. 

5. Q: Are products tested on animals? 

A: No, products have never been or will ever be tested on animals. 

6. Q: Where is your factory located?  Can I visit your factory? 

A: It is our great honor to have you on our site and talk to our elite team in person. Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, the trading company in Huizhou, both adjacent to Hong Kong, only 1.5 hours’ drive away. 

7. Q: How long is your company's delivery time? 

A: Generally 3-10 days, the specific delivery date will be determined according to the production season and the order quantity.
